Exciting News: The Meyer Landmark Apartments Project is Officially Underway!
The preconstruction phase of the Meyer Landmark Apartments is officially underway, with demolition starting next week! This historic renovation in downtown Hutchinson will bring new life to a cherished piece of the city’s history, with an anticipated opening in Fall 2026.
“My father always said, ‘Make no little plans; they have no magic to stir men’s blood… Make big plans; aim high in hope and work.’ This project embodies that spirit,” shared Laura Meyer Dick. “We’re not only preserving history but also addressing the need for quality housing in Hutchinson. Our goal is to honor the past while supporting the future of our community.”
